Toyota HiAce
Best for: larger groups or guests traveling with more luggage.
- 1–9 passengers: up to 10 standard check-in suitcases plus small hand-carry bags
- Recommended for extra-large suitcases, strollers, golf bags, or many bags

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Licensed Transportation: All transfers are arranged through our trusted licensed transportation partner, Nini Travels, using licensed drivers and properly registered green number plate vehicles for commercial passenger transport in Japan.
• Flight Tracking: For airport arrival transfers, flight tracking is included. If your flight is delayed, the driver will track your flight and adjust the pickup timing where possible.
• Airport Arrivals: Up to 90 minutes of free waiting time is included after the actual flight arrival time.
• Airport Departures: Up to 30 minutes of free waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time.
• Extra Waiting: Where free waiting time is not included or has already passed, a waiting fee of ¥2,500 per 30 minutes applies.
• Tokyo Disney Resort: Free waiting time is not included for Disney pickups. A waiting fee of ¥2,500 per 30 minutes applies after the scheduled pickup time because parking and waiting arrangements around the resort area are limited.
• Toyota Alphard / Vellfire: Suitable for up to 5 passengers. For 1–4 passengers, it can usually accommodate up to 4 standard check-in suitcases OR up to 4 hand-carry bags. For 5 passengers, backpacks or small bags only are recommended.
• Toyota HiAce: Suitable for up to 9 passengers and can accommodate up to 10 standard check-in luggage pieces plus small hand-carry bags.
• Extra Luggage: If you are traveling with extra-large suitcases, many bags, strollers, golf bags, or special equipment, we recommend choosing Toyota HiAce for a more comfortable transfer.
• Meet & Greet: Available only when selected at booking. For eligible airport or cruise terminal pickups, the driver will wait at the designated meeting area holding a name sign.
• Child Seats: Available upon request, subject to availability. Please mention the child’s age and weight in the booking form.
• Booking Details: Please enter the correct flight number, cruise ship name, pickup time, hotel name, passenger count, and luggage count when booking so we can arrange the most suitable vehicle.
• Vehicle Upgrade: If the amount of luggage is too large for the selected vehicle, we may contact you and recommend upgrading to a HiAce before confirming the transfer.
