Transfers are arranged through our trusted licensed transportation partner, Nini Travels, using licensed drivers and properly registered green number plate vehicles for commercial passenger transport.
What does the price include?+
Everything for the journey itself: the vehicle, the licensed driver, fuel, highway tolls, parking and tax. The price covers the whole vehicle rather than each guest, so it does not change with the number of guests travelling. The only possible additions are the optional Meet & Greet service and any waiting time beyond the included allowance, both explained before you book.
What if my arrival flight is delayed?+
Your arrival flight is tracked for airport pickup. Included airport-arrival waiting time helps coordinate collection after landing. Any waiting outside the included allowance is explained and confirmed.
What if I have extra or oversized luggage?+
Contact us before booking with the guest count, bag count, luggage sizes, strollers and oversized items. We will confirm which vehicle is suitable.
When is payment taken?+
Payment is charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed through the website checkout; TheTokyoTravel does not store your card information.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations 72 hours or more before pickup receive a 95% refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before pickup receive an 80% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
