📍 Which areas are included for pick-up?
Pick-up/drop-off is included from hotels, Airbnbs, or stations within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Areas outside (e.g., Yokohama, Kawasaki, Chiba, Narita) are not included.
🛫🛳️ Do you pick up at airports or cruise terminals?
No. For HND/NRT airports or cruise terminals (Yokohama, Tokyo International Cruise Terminal), please self-transfer into the 23 wards and meet us there.
🚆 I’m arriving the same day—how do I meet you?
Take the airport train/bus into the city and meet us at an agreed spot (e.g., Tokyo Station – Marunouchi, Shinjuku – West Exit, Shibuya – Hachikō).
