Tour planning and coordination, a professional English-speaking guide, and private transportation arranged through licensed transportation partners. Hotel pickup and drop-off within Tokyo’s 23 wards, fuel, tolls, parking, bottled water, and in-vehicle Wi-Fi are included.
❌ What isn’t included?
Meals, drinks, entrance fees such as temples, museums, towers, optional activities, personal expenses, and separate airport/cruise terminal transfers unless specifically stated.

Most private tours run approximately 10 hours. Extra time may be available depending on the schedule.

Airport and cruise terminal pickups are not included in private tour prices. However, separate airport, hotel, Disney, and cruise terminal transfer services are available through TheTokyoTravel.
Transfers are arranged through our trusted licensed transportation partner, Nini Travels, using licensed drivers and properly registered green number plate vehicles for commercial passenger transport.

For private tours, transportation is arranged through licensed partner transportation companies. Depending on group size, vehicles may include Toyota Alphard / Vellfire, Toyota HiAce, or larger vehicles for bigger groups.

Tours and transfer services can be booked directly through our website. After completing checkout, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your booking details.

We accept major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through our secure online checkout system.
🔁 Can I change my booking date?
Changes are possible depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour or transfer start time will receive a full refund (100%).
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the tour or transfer will receive a 75% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
