Tour planning and coordination, a professional English-speaking guide, and private transportation arranged through licensed transportation partners. Hotel pickup and drop-off within Tokyo’s 23 wards, fuel, tolls, parking, bottled water, and in-vehicle Wi-Fi are included.
❌ What isn’t included?
Meals, drinks, entrance fees (temples, museums, towers), optional activities, and personal expenses unless specifically stated.
⏱️ How long are your tours?
Most private tours run approximately 10 hours. Extra time may be available depending on the schedule.

Absolutely. All tours are private and flexible. We can adjust stops, timing, and locations based on your interests.
🌧️ Do tours run in bad weather?
Yes. In case of weather conditions, routes may be adjusted to safer or indoor attractions when necessary.
👟 What should I wear?
Comfortable walking shoes and season-appropriate clothing are recommended, especially for temples and outdoor locations.
🧳 Can we bring luggage?
Small luggage is fine. If you have large suitcases or several bags, please inform us in advance so we can allocate the appropriate vehicle.

📍 Which areas are included for pickup?
Pickup and drop-off are included from hotels, apartments, or meeting points within Tokyo’s 23 wards.
🛫🛳️ Do you pick up at airports or cruise terminals?
Airport and cruise terminal pickups are not included. Guests arriving at Haneda, Narita, or cruise terminals should first travel into Tokyo’s 23 wards and meet the guide at an agreed meeting point.
🚘 What vehicles are used?
Transportation is provided through licensed partner transportation companies. Depending on group size, vehicles may include Toyota Alphard / Vellfire (1–5 guests), Toyota HiAce (6–9 guests), or larger vehicles for bigger groups.

Tours can be booked directly through our website. After completing checkout, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your tour details.

We accept major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through our secure online checkout system.

Changes are possible depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time will receive a full refund (100%).
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the tour will receive a 75% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
