Transfers are arranged through our trusted licensed transportation partner, Nini Travels, using licensed drivers and properly registered green number plate vehicles for commercial passenger transport.
What does the price include?+
Everything for the journey itself: the vehicle, the licensed driver, fuel, highway tolls, parking and tax. The price covers the whole vehicle rather than each guest, so it does not change with the number of guests travelling. The only possible addition is waiting time after the confirmed pickup, charged at JPY 2,500 per 30 minutes and explained before it applies.
Which Tokyo Disney areas are covered?+
The transfer can serve Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, Disney hotels and nearby resort-area hotels. Your exact pickup and drop-off points are confirmed in advance.
What if I am late for the scheduled pickup?+
There is no included waiting time for this scheduled transfer. Waiting after the confirmed pickup time is JPY 2,500 per 30 minutes and is explained before any additional charge applies.
When is payment taken?+
Payment is charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed through the website checkout; TheTokyoTravel does not store your card information.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations 72 hours or more before pickup receive a 95% refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before pickup receive an 80% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
