Vehicle capacity:

• Toyota Alphard / Vellfire: up to 5 passengers. If 5 passengers, backpacks only. For 4 passengers, up to 4 normal check-in bags.

• Toyota HiAce: up to 9 passengers with up to 10 normal check-in luggage plus hand-carry bags.

Please make sure your pickup time and pickup location are accurate. For cruise terminal pickup, customers should provide the cruise ship name, terminal name, and preferred pickup time.
