👟 Snow Monkey Park Trail:
The walk from the parking area to Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park is about 1.6 km (25–30 minutes) through a scenic forest trail. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. In winter the path can be snowy or icy. Baby carriers are recommended for small children.
🌤️ Weather & Clothing:
Nagano’s mountain weather can change throughout the year. In winter, warm clothing and waterproof shoes are recommended. In warmer seasons, comfortable clothing and sun protection are advised.

Entrance fees and meals are paid on site. Local restaurants and cafés are available near Zenko-ji Temple and Matsumoto Castle. Your guide can recommend good local options such as soba noodle restaurants.
