🚐 Pickup & Duration: Pickup only within Tokyo’s 23 wards; airports/cruise terminals not included. Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before pickup. Tour length is 10 hours including pickup/drop-off; heavy traffic may cause up to 30 minutes delay.
🗣️ Guide Format: Private tour with a professional English-speaking driver-guide.
🗺️ Itinerary Flexibility: Stop order may change due to traffic, weather, or crowd control; Mount Fuji views are not guaranteed.
🚡 Ropeway & Cruise Ops: Hakone Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise can pause for weather/maintenance; suitable substitutes will be arranged.
🌋 Ōwakudani Safety: Volcanic gases may affect guests with respiratory/heart conditions; access can be restricted on high-gas days.
